Lifestyle Horizons provide a weekly class which lasts 1 and 1/2 hours long, on joining you will receive: -

A warm welcoming from an understanding & qualified instructor.
In the friendly atmosphere you will discover the small changes you can make from making wise food choices to becoming more active.
Each week you’ll have a confidential weigh-in and track your progress.
You’ll be able to share what works with other members as everyone is there for the same reason. This will help you stay motivated as you move towards your weight loss, getting fit and healthier lifestyle goals.
In each session you will receive an opportunity to join an exercise to music session. The versatile exercise routine will accommodate all ages, sizes and fitness levels so it doesn’t matter if you have never exercised before; you can join as a beginner or intermediate level. Take advantage of your chance to burn fat and tone your body at a pace that you are comfortable with.
